Cailin Stadnyk is an actress, singer, dancer and motion capture performer who splits her time between Canada and the USA.

She grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan and started performing at a young age, doing everything from Ukrainian dancing, to singing in the Church choir and putting on plays for her family during the holidays. It was on a trip to Vancouver for Expo'86 that she was officially bit by the theatre bug.  Her mom took her to see a production of the hit musical, Ain't Misbehavin' , and from then on, she knew she had to pursue a life in the theatre. Cailin immersed herself in dancing, acting and classical voice, and then went on to attend Grant MacEwan College's Theatre Arts program in Edmonton, Alberta.

Since moving to the West Coast well over a decade ago, Cailin has made a name for herself, becoming a respected and sought-after leading lady in the theatre world, dabbling in t.v. & film land, and carving out a special place for herself in the animation and motion capture industries. She regularly "becomes the body and motion" of many animated characters seen in video games, cartoons and animated movies. It is widely believed that she is one of the most "mocapped" females in North America.

Cailin has been fortunate enough to work for many of Canada's top theatre companies, and she continues to strive for new growth and opportunities in the performing arts industry. She is especially interested in moving into directing and producing in the coming years.
